Wellington CBD Franchise Opportunity
The turn-key price will vary depending on the size and the location chosen.

Roll'd is looking for a franchise partner in the Wellington CBD. Central Wellington has a dense weekday lunch market of government and corporate office workers, plus students at Victoria University of Wellington.
Roll'd is opening at Queensgate in Lower Hutt in March 2027, so a CBD store would build on the brand's arrival in the region. The Wellington CBD is an open territory: we'll work with you to find and secure the right site.
What the investment covers
Total investment for a Roll'd store is $450,000 to $550,000, depending on the size and location of the site. That gets you a fully operating store, including the initial franchise fee, site selection and lease negotiation, store design and build, an 8-week training programme, help hiring and training your team, launch support, and ongoing support once you're trading.
Why Roll'd
Roll'd has more than 100 stores across Australia and New Zealand, and a dedicated New Zealand master franchise team based in Auckland. The menu is fresh Vietnamese food made in store every day: bánh mì, phở, rice paper rolls, bún noodle salads and rice bowls, plus a catering range for offices and events.
You don't need hospitality experience. Training covers day-to-day operations, financial management, people management and local marketing, and our team visits your store regularly once you open. Almost half of Roll'd owners go on to open a second store.
Who owns a Roll'd
Ha Nguyen started at Roll'd in Australia as a team member and now owns three stores in South Australia. Gurmit Baidwan came to Roll'd with years in hospitality, including several Pita Pit stores, and owns Roll'd Botany and Roll'd Sylvia Park in Auckland.
