Catering for 30 to 50 people Auckland
Thirty to fifty is the size where a platter order stops working and a full caterer is overkill. It's a team lunch, a client workshop, a 40th, a club prizegiving.
The maths
Each Roll'd catering box feeds 8–10 people. For this size:
- 30 people — 3 to 4 boxes, $390 to $560
- 40 people — 4 to 5 boxes, $520 to $700
- 50 people — 5 to 6 boxes, $650 to $840
That lands between $13.00 and $18.75 a head depending on which boxes you pick. Take the higher box count if it's a proper lunch and the lower one if there's other food on the table.
What to order
Don't order four of the same box. A room of forty eating 180 identical mini fresh rolls gets dull by the second one. Mix the formats: a Mini Fresh Rolls box, a Mini Bánh Mì box, and a Mini Bowls box gives three textures and lets people build a plate.

Dietary
At this size you'll have at least a couple of vegetarians and probably someone avoiding gluten. Make one of your boxes the vegetarian one — it's the cleanest way to handle it, and it costs the same.
Ordering
One delivery, one store, one invoice. Order by 7pm the day before. Delivery is approximately $2 per kilometre with a $20 minimum, within 12km of Sylvia Park, St Lukes or Botany. Pickup is free if someone's already heading that way.
