Match day catering Auckland
Rugby, cricket, football, netball — the food problem is the same. A group of people, a fixed start time, and nobody wants to be the one cooking. Fresh rolls and mini bánh mì are eaten with one hand while watching something, which is the only real requirement.
Where it gets used
Club rooms after a game. Junior sport, where thirty kids and forty parents need feeding at 11am on a Saturday. Prizegivings and end-of-season functions. Corporate groups doing something before a fixture. And the one we see most — twenty people at someone's house for a test match.
Club rooms and homes around Eden Park, Go Media Stadium and Western Springs all sit inside our delivery radius. We deliver to addresses, not into venues, so order it to the clubhouse or the house you're watching from.
What to order
The Mini Fresh Rolls box is 45 rolls at $130 and is the one that gets ordered for a crowd — small, cold, no mess, easy to put on a table and leave. Mini bánh mì at 30 pieces does the same job with more substance. The mixed boxes work if the group spans kids and adults.
Each box feeds 8–10, so a club room of forty is four boxes.
Dietary
Vegetarian across every box, vegan and gluten friendly on three, and chicken and duck come from halal suppliers — our kitchen isn't halal certified.
Ordering
Order by 7pm the day before, which for a Saturday fixture means Friday evening. Delivery is approximately $2 per kilometre with a $20 minimum, within 12km of Sylvia Park, St Lukes or Botany. Pickup is free. For a season-long arrangement with a club, email catering@rolld.nz.
