Vegetarian & Vegan Catering Auckland
Vietnamese food is unusually good at this. Tofu, rice paper, herbs, pickled vegetables and rice noodles are the backbone of the cuisine rather than a substitution, so a vegetarian Roll'd box is the same food as everyone else's, not a lentil patty apologising for itself.
Every one of our eight catering boxes can be built vegetarian. Three can be built fully vegan.
Vegetarian — all eight boxes
Any box can come as all-tofu: 45 mini fresh rolls, 30 mini bánh mì, 20 bowls, 20 bao, or the mixed boxes across both formats. Same price, same count.
Vegan — boxes 1, 2 and 4
The Mini Fresh Rolls, Standard Fresh Rolls and Mini Bowls can all be built vegan. The bánh mì and bao can't: the tofu bánh mì contains egg in the mayo, and the bao bun contains both egg and milk. That rules out boxes 3, 5, 6, 7 and 8 for a strictly vegan group.
One detail that matters: our Gỏi salads are dressed with nước mắm and topped with crab crackers as standard. Ask for the veggie dressing and no crackers and they're vegetarian and vegan. Say it in the order notes — it isn't automatic.
Mixed groups
The common case is one vegetarian box alongside a standard box so nobody is singled out. Two boxes covers 16 to 20 people. If it's a handful of people rather than half the room, tell us the number and we'll build the split into a single box instead.
How to order
Each box feeds 8–10 and costs $130 to $150, which is $13.00 to $18.75 a head. Order by 7pm the day before. Delivery is approximately $2 per kilometre with a $20 minimum, within 12km of Sylvia Park, St Lukes or Botany. For anything bespoke, email catering@rolld.nz.
