Most offices organise lunch the same way every time: someone remembers at 10am, sends a message nobody answers, and ends up ordering the same thing as last time. A standing order removes the whole exercise.

Pick a day, pick a frequency — weekly, fortnightly or monthly — and it turns up. No reordering, no chasing, no decision.

Loyalty discount

If you commit to a regular schedule, you get an ongoing loyalty discount on every delivery. The rate depends on how often you order and how long you commit for, and we agree it when the order is set up rather than making you work it out from a table.

It's a straight trade: we get predictable volume, you get a lower per-head cost than ordering ad hoc. Email catering@rolld.nz and we'll price it.

Eight weeks without a repeat

The usual objection to a standing order is that people get sick of it. We have eight catering boxes across four formats — fresh rolls, bánh mì, bao and bowls — plus flavour rotations inside each one. Run a different box each time and you're two months in before anything comes around again.

Or lock in the one your team actually wants and change nothing. We'll do either.

Set the dietary profile once

This is the part that saves the most time. Tell us once that you have four vegetarians, two people avoiding gluten and one halal, and every delivery from then on is built that way and labelled. You stop having to remember, and nobody has to speak up every week.

It isn't a lock-in

Skip a week when the team's away. Change the headcount when someone joins. Pause over Christmas. Give us notice and none of it is a problem — the schedule exists to save you effort, not to trap you.

What it costs

Boxes are $130 to $150 and each feeds 8–10, which is $13.00 to $18.75 a head before the loyalty discount. One invoice per month if you'd rather not process a payment every week.

Delivery is approximately $2 per kilometre with a $20 minimum, within 12km of Sylvia Park, St Lukes or Botany.
